In 1980 he ventured into the theatre and co-presented two shows in London’s West End.
Rattle if a Simple Man" at the Savoy, starring Pauline Collins and John Alderton.
"The Last of Mrs Cheyney" at the Cambridge, starring Joan Collins.
In 1982 he joined the board of directors of Triumph Theatre Productions with Duncan Weldon, Sir R. Millar and J. Minskoff & Bob Mahoney. They became London’s most prolific theatre group.
